My appointment time was between 9am and 10am and I received a call at 8:55 that they were 10 minutes away! I needed my couch moved from a house in Walnut Creek to a third floor apartment in Martinez. The two gentlemen that moved the couch were extremely quick and did a great job. I was extremely pleased and would use them again.
This was such an easy process. Moving is stressful and Red Carpet took all the worries out of it. The workmen were communicative, punctual, efficient and polite. They asked questions to make sure everything was done correctly. The took precautions to ensure the furniture and the floors/walls were protected. The office staff was polite and made it very easy and flexible (example: if I wanted to have them help me pack or unpack). I would absolutely use them again.
Local move from WC to Dublin, hired them since they are very closeby, and can offer 8-9am window of arrival. In summary: Five star service. Adrian and Alvarado came on time and were super efficient and professional with my moving job. This is my first time hiring a moving team for the job, considering the 1b1b move, ~15 cardboard boxes, ~3 clear boxes, TV, bed, sofa, shelves, luggages, and a whole lot others, the team finished within 5 hours (30min drive to the new place) with super efficient wrapping, moving, and placing in designated rooms upon arrival. I can feel that they just want you to be as satisfied as possible, and I am truly grateful for the service delivered. Everything was intact and neat. Definitely recommend Red Carpet Moving (oh btw, did I mention they literally roll red carpets in your room to prevent scratching and stains on carpet, bravo!) to everyone. Will hire again next time when moving.

This company is amazing!! They were efficient, super careful, and worked at an unbelievably fast pace. They did NOT ding or scratch one single thing, and they were working in the rain with multiple sets of stairs. The price cannot be beat, and they were extremely professional. At 5pm on a Saturday, after the moving company we had scheduled cancelled on us, Sal came to our rescue! He was extremely helpful and professional and had a crew at our home by 8am Sunday morning. Adrian and his team was amazing as well - treated our possessions with the utmost care and didn't leave a scratch on anything. I would give Sal, Adrian and their crew a million stars!
We would highly recommend Red Carpet Moving & Storage. They were professional, efficient, very careful with our belongings, respectful, and reasonably priced. We have moved with other movers and Red Carpet puts them to shame. They were prepared with exactly what they needed to do the job. There is usually at least one broken item or dinged wall but Red Carpet is extremely careful and no personal items or property was damaged. The men came to work and that is exactly what they did. There were not multiple breaks or dilly dallying. Everyone from the representative who we booked the move with to the actual movers were great.
The Red Carpet team of three were rock stars! They assembled, hoisted, and moved our furniture and boxes with careful respect and consideration. We highly recommend them.

Used them for a 30 miles move and they made my move seem like a walk in the park! I had barely packed my 3 bedroom apartment and they carefully packed up my belonging with quick efficient service and planted it in my new home as if I had lived their my whole life!!! I am not kidding, they were well worth the price for the exceptional service they provided! Sal was very easy as dispatcher to work with and I was treated as a family member as if he knew me his whole life. Very genuine, honest company and the 2 guys that came ( I forgot their names sorry...) Bless their little hearts, they were the best moving guys I had ever seen. They worked liked brothers so I asked them but they weren't. But it was as if they knew what each other were thinking! They moved my whole 3 bedroom unit in less then 3 Hours and they had to pack and take apart things!!! Exceptional service! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

The process of contacting, obtaining a proper estimate, and booking Red Carpet Moving was fast and efficient with ample communication via both phone and email. When moving day came, the team that showed up did a full walkthrough of the home and took note of what was to be moved and what was to be left behind. They brought a ton of packing materials and took the time to properly support, pad, and load everything from children's furniture to expensive TVs. ot only did they do a great job packing, but they brought a fantastic attitude and were very polite. This was a seamless move for us, and I could not offer a higher recommendation for this business. They will definitely be my mover of choice in the future.
I had some imported antiques coming in to Oakland port which required special handling. I found Sal and his team at RedCarpet going beyond expectations to handle these special needs and deliver the items to my home safely in spite of several confusions associated with this work. Sal is very professional in handling last minute exigencies associated with the move and accommodate surprises in an amicable way. It is worth some extra dollars spent with Red Carpet Moving to get this level of service.

I highly recommend Red Carpet Movers. I should have hired them from the start. I had Red Carpet movers move me after I had a very bad experience with another local moving company who could not complete my move. With only 2 people (Sal and Jazz) they were able to move my things in no time! They had great attitudes and unlike the other company who seemed to have hired part-time movers, Sal and Jazz were true moving professionals. Red Carpet movers brought professional equipment including an appliance dolly that moved both of my freezers. In addition they had to take apart my large dining table and put it back together again. They were fast and knew what they were doing. I will definitely hire them again for my next move.
Red Carpet is an outstanding moving company! I have used them two times, and I feel they are the best movers in the Bay Area. I found them to be reliable and efficient. Sal arrives and goes through your house and gives an estimate based on your number of boxes, furniture, and any other extra services. He then takes a security deposit. The good news is he DOES not go over his estimate providing there are no extra hours. I had an expensive grandfather clock, Dining Cabinet Curio, dining table, and bedroom set that is worth more than $25,000 and their moving crew wrapped everything up carefully and transported all the items with out any damage. I have done two moves in Blackhawk, Danville, and I would highly recommend Red Carpet movers to anyone.

I had to move very, very last minute and the 2 Pros from Red Carpet Moving were great! In true forgetful Sue fashion, I left off a dresser and my bike from my moving list but they more than graciously helped me move them anyways. They treated my furniture and both apartments with care and consideration. At my new apartment, I told them they could just drop my furniture anywhere in the living room because I hadn't thought about it much and was getting on a 6 am flight the next morning, so I really didn't care, but they very considerately arranged my furniture into a nice layout. If I move again in the future, I'll be sure to look them up again.

I called them the day prior to moving and they were somehow someway able to fit me in. 3 guys arrived in the morning and within 2 hours everything was on the truck and out on the road. Great experience - had a team of 4 show up right at the beginning of the two-hour window. Were very diligent and careful - done in record time especially considering I was not as prepared as I usually am (had a sick dog the week prior). I found out about Red Carpet Moving through Yelp and the service was fantastic. I got a new job and I had to move to from NorCal to SoCal with only 1 week of time. It was very easy to schedule a move and the movers are very friendly and professional. They were able to quickly disassemble my furniture and load everything into their truck. When they delivered the next day they reassembled everything back for me. Definitely would recommend!
We have used Red Carpet Moving twice now and have had great experiences. The first time we were having new floors installed in several rooms and needed our heavy and awkward pieces of furniture moved into the garage for storage temporarily. They wrapped and prepared the items the same as if we were moving across the country. They were professional, on time, and very efficient. The second time we needed our couch, love seat, and recliner moved to Truckee for our son and his existing three pieces there in Truckee carried out of the cabin and into the garage. They were, again timely and efficient, even for such a small job. We recommend them to everyone we know who is looking for a moving company.

I read about this company on YELP when I had to get my apartment moved rather quickly in December. I called and spoke with Sal who came out and did the initial walk through. Everything went according to plan. The movers called when they were on their way. Once I was ready to move into my new home there was no waiting for a delivery date. They showed up before me on my move in day! Couldn't say better things about this company. We will definitely be using them in the future.

Top notch, wonderful, thoughtful, careful, professional, courteous, ...I only have the best to say about my experience from start to finish. From the start when Sal visited to provide a bid to the actual move the entire process was very well executed. As for the move team it was led by Jay and I can't say enough about how much we appreciated his leadership and direction to his crew (which were all great guys). The team paid attention to any special instructions we gave on items and followed through. Moving is indeed stressful so to have such a great team helping you was wonderful. I mentioned thoughtful--they asked would you like us to unpack your wardrobe boxes and hang items in the walk-in closet, yes. Later we looked and everything had been nicely placed and all the shoes were arranged. Wow--very nice touch. Our move was Tri-Valley to El Dorado Hills. My highest praise for Red Carpet and the team we had.
The movers were great. On time, efficient and careful with my belongings. They kept to the schedule, everything was done as we had agreed. I was impressed with how quickly they got the job done...even having to put together furniture that had been taken apart and put in storage for month's. Red carpet did provide red carpet service at a reasonable price. I would call red carpet if I ever move again and I have recommended them to my friends.

They were absolutely great! They were able to manage to schedule me in last minute. They showed up early from the time they said they would show up and handle everything very well. The previous storage company I was using had gone bankrupt and I needed to move my items at a specific time and date. The California Public Utilities Commission recommended that we get someone that is licensed and also check the Better Business Bureau for reviews, and that's how I selected Red Carpet Moving and Storage, Inc. I used Red Carpet Moving in Walnut Creek, CA to relocate from my home in Walnut Creek to Southern California. Sal and his team were amazing to work with and by far the best moving experience I've ever had and I have relocated 3 times in 5 years. To begin with they are local in the bay area, licensed with the PUC and A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau. I dealt with Sal all the way through my move from the first visit he did at my home until completion of my move so much better than dealing with a call center. He personally went over my inventory with me and helped me arrange specific times with dispatch to fit within my time window on the day of the move. The first day of my pickup the crew that loaded the truck was amazing, they were very polite and respectful of my belongings and easy to work with. They took care to wrap my large mirrors and glass top tables as well as any large furniture pieces and stand-alone items. They were very efficient as well and managed to pack and secure my entire 2 bedroom in about 2 hours including the wrapping/padding of furniture. Red Carpet delivered NEXT DAY which was perfect and very hard to find with other services. The crew that unloaded in LA was excellent as well, they waited patiently for management to let me into the apartment and ready the elevators for them. They were careful with everything and paid close attention to my directions on placing the large items. Over all it made this move easy and stress free for me. I would absolutely use their services again and recommend them to anyone moving within their area. They do book up FAST for obvious reasons so call early!
